The man accused of ramming his car into the gate of actress Jennifer Aniston’s Bel Air home has been found not mentally competent to stand trial, for a second time.
This now delays the criminal proceedings for Jimmy Wayne Carwyle while he undergoes treatment.
Just last week, different psychiatrist previously determined he was mentally incompetent to stand trial, now a second doctor has confirmed that.
Carwyle has been accused of stalking the “Friends” actress since March of 2023. Prosecutors said the 48-year-old Mississippi resident repeatedly harassed her, leaving her unwanted voicemails, and sending her messages over social media and email.
On May 5, he was arrested for allegedly stalking and crashing his car through the front gate of “The Morning Show” star’s home.

Aniston was reportedly home when this happened.
Carwyle has been charged with felony stalking, vandalism and more for the incident. If convicted, he could face three years in prison.
