Following the news of Ace’s death, Gene posted a powerful tribute on Twitter, praising his former bandmate’s legacy and his dedication to the fans.

However, one fan replied to Gene’s post, bringing up the single biggest point of contention in the Kiss world: the final “End of the Road” show.

The fan wrote, “You could have invited Ace and Peter to the last shows and made it happen. You didn’t. That’s on you.”

Well, that lit a fuse with Gene Simmons.

Instead of ignoring it or just blocking the fan, Simmons fired back with everything he had.
