The four exciting new destinations are set to become essential additions to the capital’s dining and drinking scene.
Guests can experience the exclusive Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, a 12-seat chef’s table experience like no other as well as Asian-inspired Lucky Cat.
Lucky Cat Bar, a new world-class bar space is perfect for cocktails with breathtaking views of the capital.
Additionally, food enthusiasts of all levels can hone their skills at the Gordon Ramsay Academy powered by HexClad, where guests can learn the sharpest kitchen techniques.
The chef said: ‘I’ve been lucky enough to open restaurants all over the world, but there’s something truly unique about London. It’s where my journey began, and it’s the city I’m proud to call home.
‘Watching it evolve into a global culinary powerhouse has been remarkable. Building this beautiful space has been an ambitious project, but that’s exactly what makes Gordon Ramsay Restaurants so special— we never stop pushing boundaries.
‘I couldn’t be more excited to open three of our most iconic restaurants, all reimagined, taken to new heights, and built under one roof, it’s a dream come true and a major milestone for our business.
‘All that and a place where anyone can come and level up their skills in the kitchen, it’s unbelievable. To offer exceptional food and drinks with some of the most stunning views of London’s skyline is truly amazing.’.

Ahead of the launch, Gordon made a very racy confession as he revealed what people are really getting up to in the toilets of his new restaurant.
Couples have been sneaking off for some alone time as Gordon admitted staff were having ‘problems’ with the lavatories.
Appearing on this week’s upcoming episode of The Jonathan Ross Show, Gordon confessed: ‘We’ve got a problem with the toilets.
There are lots of couples going in there and treating it like the “mile high” bathroom.’
Yet the restaurant woes haven’t stopped there as the star also admitted they are having an issue with thefts as customers are stealing the lucky cat statues on each table.
He explained: ‘The cats are getting stolen. There were 477 stolen last week – they cost £4.50 each!’.
