The Michelin-starred chef, 52, cut an impossibly handsome figure as he revealed his muscular chest and ripped arms in a tight fitting navy shirt.

Oozing confidence as he soaked up the sun, the Kitchen Nightmares star also revealed his toned midriff in the tee – which he paired with black jeans and monochrome trainers.

The father of five kept his look casually cool with a pair of edgy shades and wore his blonde locks in a stylish quiff.

It was a morning of leisure for the star who juggles his restaurant empire and TV career with fatherhood to his brood – with the star celebrating the arrival of son Oscar in April.

In an exclusive interview with The Mail on Sunday’s Event magazine last month, Ramsay recalls how he was overcome with emotion when wife Tana gave birth to son Oscar at the exclusive Portland Hospital in London.

The star said: ‘I’ve been giddy flying in a fighter jet at 1,000mph. I’ve done some very dangerous things underwater. But I’ve never, ever felt as vulnerable as I did when my son Oscar was born.

‘I’m sat there in the room worrying about menus and ingredients and all of a sudden this little head pops out the sun roof and you s*** yourself!

‘I cried my f****** eyes out. All of a sudden you are nobody. You’re standing there looking at a team of experts who are saying, “Right. We’re going to look after you now, Tana.”.

‘I was as white as a ghost. I fell back into the chair and I fainted. They said, “Tana’s fine. I think it’s you we need to look after next.”.

‘It was just a moment of madness, being out of control. I’m a control freak, always in control.’ .

The chef and 44-year-old Tana have four other children – Megan, 21, twins Holly and Jack, 19, and Tilly, 17 – but this was the first time Ramsay had been present at the delivery.

‘I’ve never experienced that before,’ he says. ‘Tana never wanted me to see her in that state. One time I went fly-fishing.’

And Ramsay admits it all became too much when he held 7 lb 9oz Oscar for the first few moments of his life. ‘I had to hand him back,’ he says. ‘I was like a sack of s*** on a hot day. And I’m looking in his eyes thinking, “Oh no dude, you’re going to be p***** off with me when you hear about this!” ’

The birth had added poignancy, as the Ramsays were devastated when Tana had a miscarriage in 2016, five months into her pregnancy with baby Rocky.

‘I don’t think you’ll ever forget, in terms of healing,’ Ramsay says. ‘It didn’t smooth anything over… because that time was awful.

‘But we’ve sort of brought closure to that. Now it’s easier to talk about Rocky.’.
