Unless you have been living under a rock, we are sure you are well aware that Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently going through his trial, which could end up with him getting life in prison.

From Cassie Ventura to Kid Cudi, many names have already testified in court, and many will continue to do so for the duration of the trial.

A viral video is claiming that Ashton Kutcher, who has been linked to the infamous Freak Offs/White Parties, has also given his testimony.

Not only Ashton Kutcher, but the Internet has also fabricated claims stating that Will Smith has testified at the trial.

Reports like these need to be thoroughly checked before you believe them, and we are here to do just that.

Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ trial has been going on since May 05, and while many witnesses have come and testified in the courtroom, Ashton Kutcher is not one of them.

Yes, the actor has been linked to the case since the beginning, given his alleged involvement in the infamous parties.

However, so far, Kutcher has not shown up at the trial.

Regardless, there is a video on YouTube that claims that he has.

WhatIsMyStarWorth posted a video on May 25 titled, 1 MINUTE AGO Ashton Kutcher Just Confirmed the Diddy Rumors Were Real.

According to the video’s description,

In a stunning revelation that’s sending shockwaves through Hollywood, Ashton Kutcher has reportedly confirmed that the disturbing rumors about Diddy are real.

During a confidential testimony that’s now making headlines, Kutcher described what he allegedly witnessed behind closed doors — and it’s far worse than anyone imagined.

The video talks about Kutcher’s friendship with Combs, the 2009 White Party, the report that Combs made attendees sign NDAs, as well as Kutcher admitting how his friendship with the rapper turned into a business, and so much more.

However, one look at the description will tell you all you need to know about the video’s credibility.

After talking about how Kutcher’s “confidential testimony” may have “blown the case wide open,” it also provides a disclaimer that reads:

This content is fictional and created for entertainment purposes only.

No verified court documents or official sources confirm these claims.

Well, there you go.

Kutcher has not testified against Combs in the trial, and no one knows if or when he will.

A piece of advice: stick to credible websites and channels when it comes to the trial, as you might not realize when someone is providing you with fake information!

Did Will Smith testify at the ongoing trial?

Well, given the fact that this claim has been made by WhatIsMyStarWorth again, you best believe that Will Smith has had nothing to do with the courtroom drama so far.

The rumor began when the channel posted a similar video titled, 1 MINUTE AGO: Courtroom ERUPTS After Will Smith Reveals What Diddy Did to Him.

The description states that the channel is breaking down Smith’s “shocking courtroom appearance” as well as the “emotional details” of his experience with Combs.

It also adds that more high-profile names coming forward with their testimonies could mean that the walls are closing in on the rapper.

Needless to say, the reports are fabricated to fit the channel’s content, and Smith has neither taken the stand at the trial nor is he expected to anytime soon.

Again, the video’s description adds the same disclaimer at the very end, stating that the content shown is “fictional and intended for entertainment” only.

Moreover, the channel’s disclaimer confirms that the content they post “may contain gossip-based information, rumors, or exaggerated portrayals of reality.”

Not only have Smith and Kutcher’s names been used on the channel, but there are other videos claiming that celebrities like Samuel L.

Jackson, Joe Rogan, and Jay-Z have also taken the stand.

As for the trial, Combs is charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of s*x trafficking, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he has pleaded not guilty to.

If the court finds him guilty, he can face life in prison.
