5th Member of The Vision? Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar Tease Reunion on WWE SmackDown

Brock Lesnar hinted at a possible reunion with Paul Heyman this Friday. Does this mean he will be the fifth man of Seth Rollins’ faction?

WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar was seen having a word with one of his biggest former allies in the company, Paul Heyman, this week on SmackDown.

The brief exchange between the two men has stirred conversations and teased Lesnar as a potential fifth member of The Vision.

‘The Beast Incarnate’ met his former manager in a backstage segment.

‘The Oracle’ had Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker by his side.

However, they didn’t need to safeguard Heyman from Lesnar.

After all, the former allies were smiling at each other.

Brock Lesnar patted Paul Heyman on the shoulder and said that the two of them should talk.

The mouthpiece of The Vision agreed, and the former three-time Universal Champion took his leave without saying anything further.

This has sent the WWE Universe into a frenzy, as they speculate that Lesnar and Heyman could join forces once again.

If this happens, it would mean that Brock Lesnar could be the fifth member of Seth Rollins’ faction, The Vision.

This would grant unprecedented strength to the already overpowered crew headed by the reigning World Heavyweight Champion.

However, an alliance between ‘The Visionary’ and ‘The Beast Incarnate’ won’t be a smooth one, especially since the two share a bitter rivalry.

Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins Have Dethroned Each Other Several Times

Back in 2015, the WWE Universe was visibly upset over the fact that Roman Reigns was challenging Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 31.

Fans hated the push being given to Reigns, and they were afraid that the company would make him bury ‘The Beast Incarnate’ and become the new WWE Champion.

Things took a turn, however, as the hated main event of WrestleMania 31 turned historic because of a man running down the ramp to the ring with a briefcase: Seth Rollins.

‘The Architect’ cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to Curb Stomp Reigns and steal the WWE Championship for himself, pulling off ‘The Heist of the Century.’

While Rollins’ primary target was his former Shield brother, he also slighted and gained the fury of Brock Lesnar in the process.

The two stars went on to build one of the biggest rivalries of the time, which saw both of them winning the Universal Championship multiple times off each other.

Aside from the title, both wrestlers also vented their frustrations on a personal level.

On one occasion, Brock Lesnar even landed six F5s on Rollins on the RAW episode of January 28, 2019.

The last match the two fought saw ‘The Visionary’ defeat Lesnar to win the Universal Championship at the 2019 SummerSlam.

Thus, it remains to be seen how the two would gel with each other if they do form an alliance, especially since Rollins is the World Heavyweight Champion right now.

Perhaps Paul Heyman could smooth things up between the two and make both of them work together.

But it would be a difficult task, especially since Brock Lesnar is quite unstable right now.

Brock Lesnar Launches an Attack on the Commentators

‘The Beast Incarnate’ went berserk on this week’s blue-branded show, putting his hands on commentator Michael Cole.

Before Lesnar could do any damage, Corey Graves intervened and tried to reason with the 48-year-old wrestler.

However, this just resulted in Graves getting hit by an F5 instead of Cole.

The former 10-time WWE world champ landed another F5 before grabbing one of the cameras.

He screamed and asked John Cena to be ready for Wrestlepalooza, which takes place this Saturday, September 20, 2025.

After Brock Lesnar went away, Michael Cole went back to the commentator’s desk and said that he doesn’t think Cena has the answer to this form of Lesnar.

He also talked about the 2014 SummerSlam match between the two stars, where ‘The Franchise Player’ got swept in a one-sided match.

Despite being in his prime, John Cena lost the WWE and the World Heavyweight Championship to ‘The Beast Incarnate,’ who tossed him around with multiple German Suplexes and F5s.

It would be interesting to see how the record-setting 17-time WWE world champ fares against Brock Lesnar when he is at the tail end of his career.
