Recently, TV personality Bill Maher shared his thoughts and opinions about Taylor Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce. Maher stated on his Club Randon podcast that he believes the power couple are doomed, and that they won’t be making it to the finish line.

“I’m sure she’s a lovely person, but the whole thing with the football player,” Maher said. “I just felt like 35 was a little old to be like, ‘My boyfriend’s a football player, and I wear his jersey to the game with his number on it!’ I mean, come on.”

“He’s gonna dump her, though, You know that? With her, it’s like the Gatorade at the Super Bowl, you know you’re gonna get dumped. You just don’t know when,” Maher continued.

In addition, Bill Maher claimed that he believed Swift’s habit of writing songs and singing about all of her ex-boyfriends has become “very tacky.” Instead, he suggested that the singer try a different path in her career.

“It does seem like such a recurrent theme,” he claimed. “At some point, you just wanna say, maybe you should write a song called ‘Maybe It’s Me.’”

Of course, fans jumped to defend Taylor Swift from Maher’s comments, and many weren’t happy.
