The singer, 66, seemed in great spirits as she and her partner showed off their attempt at the Anxiety trend, which sees users recreate a moment from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air to Doechii’s song Anxiety.

In the clip, Madonna danced on the street before Akeem chased after her and they shimmied across the road.

The Material Girl hitmaker was casually clad for the video, dressed in a plaid shirt and white striped trousers paired with a bomber jacket.

Akeem was also low-key, opting for a black jumper and sweatpants.

The Anxiety challenge was sparked last month when Will Smith recreated his iconic Fresh Prince dance with former co-star Tatyana Ali.

The original dance saw Ashley Banks (Tatyana) busting a move in her room with her headphones on, but oblivious to the fact Will had just entered.

After Will failed to get her attention he then mimicked her dance moves before she became aware of his presence.

Fans went wild when Will and Tatyana recreated the scene for a TikTok video featuring Doechii – prompting several celebrities to perform their own version.

Madonna jumped on the trend after sparking engagement rumours with Akeem this year.

The rumour mill went swirling after  Madonna flaunted a diamond ring in an Instagram album she posted.

Akeem, a former college soccer player, first met Madonna in August 2022, though their romance was not confirmed until nearly two years later.

Madonna made their relationship public on Instagram this past July when she posted photos of them cuddling up to one another on social media.

They reportedly went their separate ways in October 2024, but are said to have reconciled just weeks after they broke up.
