A new twist has emerged in the case of a man who accused Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs of having ‘sexually maimed’ him at a party attended by Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
In his original lawsuit, filed in Florida earlier this month, Joseph Manzaro claimed he was drugged and ‘transported against his will’ to Diddy’s Miami residence through a tunnel allegedly connected to Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s house.
He complained that he was brought to one of Diddy’s ‘freak-off’ events, which he characterized as a 17th birthday party for the rap mogul’s son King Combs.
The initial filing asserted that Jay-Z and Beyoncé were at the party, where Beyoncé supposedly saw Manzaro and asked: ‘What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a [penis] mask standing here in front of me?’
When Manzaro first sued, Diddy and the Estefans denied his allegations, as did LeBron James, who Manzaro claimed was also at the party. Jay-Z’s attorney insisted he was not in Florida at the time, and that ‘easily findable public activities’ could prove as much, while Beyoncé’s agent was contacted for comment.
Now, Manzaro has submitted an amended version of his suit against Diddy – and reportedly, the only change is that all references to Jay-Z and Beyoncé have disappeared, according to TMZ.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Jay-Z and Beyoncé for comment.

Manzaro’s original lawsuit alleged he was ‘drugged, transported against his will, and sexually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise’.
The accuser said he lost consciousness after feeling a ‘greasy substance resembling Vaseline’ as he opened the door to his home.
He says in the complaint he was then brought to a different building where an associate of Diddy allegedly told him that the celebrity wanted him brought to a ‘Freak-Off’ event.
Manzaro alleged he was ‘secretly transferred’ to Diddy’s home through a ‘concealed tunnel’ allegedly connected to Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s Miami house. He said that it was a birthday party for Diddy’s then-17-year-old son, E! News reported.
Manzaro alleges he was ‘forcibly paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who were jeering and taunting him’ and that Diddy said: ‘He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!’
The accuser said he was stripped and forcibly washed before being ‘sexually assaulted and forced to partake in unwanted sexual activity’ until he lost consciousness.
He said he woke up later on a sofa and was taken out of the property to another house, where he was ‘savagely beaten and left for dead.’
The lawsuit claims Gloria Estefan ‘panicked’ upon seeing Manzaro and said ‘call an ambulance!’

Manzaro also alleges Emilio ‘quickly silenced her and ushered her away.’
He said that after seeing LeBron, the NBA star looked at him and said: ‘Y’all better do something about that!’
Jay-Z’s attorney told TMZ his client wasn’t in Florida at the time of the alleged incident.
‘Mr Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident – he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our “justice” system’.’
LeBron James’ rep told the outlet the athlete was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami at the time the alleged party took place.
‘A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015,’ the statement read. ‘He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.’

Gloria and Emilio’s representative told TMZ that no parties were thrown at their Miami house between 2012 and 2019.
‘Gloria and Emilio Estefan strongly deny the allegations made. The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.’
In a statement to MailOnline, Diddy’s legal team said: ‘This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.
‘No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story.
‘Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.’
Diddy is currently awaiting a trial on May 5 for sex crimes. He was arrested in September 2024 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
In a 2024 federal indictment charging Diddy with sex trafficking and other charges, he was accused of using his companies to transport women and male sex workers to take part in recorded sex performances, or ‘Freak Offs’.

An attendee of the events claimed the rapper hired men to patrol his ‘Freak Off’ parties, paying them to recruit young, attractive women for ‘intimate’ time with him.
A targeted woman, only identifying herself as Lisa, told the New York Post that she attended the disgraced rapper’s 2004 White Party in the Hamptons, where she claims to have been approached by one of Diddy’s nightly employees.
The woman claimed that as the sordid party swung into action, a team of men dispersed, approaching attractive young women, asking them to share ‘personal time’ with Diddy after the event wound down.
Lisa, who said she was invited because her husband worked for Sony, claimed to have been one of their targets.
‘I was talking to another woman, and this guy came up out of nowhere. He said: “Hey, Diddy saw you guys and wants to know if you want to hang out after this is all done.” I didn’t really know what to say,’ she told the Post.
At first, she was flattered by the sleazy request but was later stunned when she realized what exactly was being asked of her.
‘He tried to convince me that it was an honor to be asked and then said that it would be an “intimate” time,’ she said. ‘That was my clue that I wasn’t being asked just to hang out.’
Diddy’s legal team told TMZ: ‘No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.’
‘We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court,’ they said.
