Aniston couldn’t hold back her emotions, bursting into tears after Courteney Cox’s speech and then clapping to congratulate her close friend.

Shortly after, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow had attendees laughing as they honored their co-stars from behind the podium.

“We are honored to be here today to speak on your behalf as colleagues, friends and family, Cox sisters,” Jennifer said. “And that is because we have known you for a very long time.”

“It’s been like this since we met almost 30 years ago,” Lisa said before Jennifer joked: “No, not 30 years ago. That was a typo.”

The duo also recalled the first time they met Courteney, joking that she was the most popular of her “Friends” co-stars.

They also remembered how much Courteney hated playing poker, a game the cast played to bond. After her speech, Courteney posed for photos with her friends and family. Daughter Coco hugged her mom and kissed her on the cheek, while her partner Johnny cooed at the actress during their moment together.
