No Kitchen Nightmare here! Gordon Ramsay raves about MasterChef George Calombaris’ cuisine after visiting his Melbourne restaurant
He is known for his brutal criticism on his hit TV show, Kitchen Nightmares.
But Gordon Ramsay thoroughly enjoyed his dining experience at MasterChef judge George Calombaris’ Melbourne restaurant, The Press Club on Monday evening.
Taking to Instagram, the British culinary king raved about the food, sharing with his 3.8 million fans: ‘Amazing meal last night!’

Gordon shared three close-up snaps of Greek dishes served at the exclusive restaurant in the heart of Melbourne.
The outspoken personality dined on polenta and corn-stuffed keftedes, hot and cold octopus and stuffed pastry.
Gordon was certainly impressed, raving about the food on Instagram: ‘An amazing meal last night with @gcalombaris and his team in #Melbourne!! Love being back in #australia.’

The chef, restaurateur, and television personality, is currently in Australia to promote his latest cookbook Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Fit Food.
Gordon made public appearances last Friday and Saturday at Sydney’s Westfield Bondi Junction and Melbourne’s Westfield Doncaster.
In an official statement released by the publisher, the father-of-four only had positive things to say about the country: ‘Australia is a beautiful country with stunning produce. I don’t get to visit as often as I would like, but whenever I do, I’m reminded what a cool country it is.’

Small but mighty in flavour: One of the dishes saw Gordon indulging in polenta and corn-stuffed keftedes .

Classics: The close pal of David Beckham also dined on spinach-stuffed pastry .

Gordon’s empire includes restaurants in the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
He has also been awarded 16 Michelin stars in total.
