i wanted to pay my respects

i hope that

I I just wanted to hope her family is

doing okay and

just that they catch the guy and

I don’t know and

it’s just the fact that this is where we

are as a country

is really

throw me up and I just

it’s just it’s just really hard

to see what’s going on and to see this

and see

that people

are are so up with how up

things are and that people are think

that this is okay and that this is the

solution

and it’s just

it’s just really hard i’m sorry

a bad thing

um I was a canvaser for the DFL in the

past election um and but uh I I work in

the Twin Cities but that’s I am a

country founded on democracy and

And I mean we we have disagreements but

we we’re supposed to solve those

peacefully and through through the

democratic process not through violence

it’s just I I don’t think I’m alone in

saying I think the country’s in the

worst state it’s been in since the Civil

War and I think it’s I I hope it’s going

to get better but I I’m afraid it’s

going to get a lot worse before it does

that we’re all just humans we’re not

there’s no there’s no demons in politics

there’s no evil that needs to be

eradicated off the face of the planet

we’re just people who disagree and we

need to talk and not result guns and

violence for all our solutions

just down here

we’ve lost such a wonderful person in

our government she was doing so much for

the families of Minnesota and to lose

her is tragic i can’t believe she’s gone

we’ve either crossed the line or we’re

so close to it uh that we will cross the

line but we believe that the people

together the good people in this country

will either pull us back over the line

or keep us from going over the line
