He captioned the slew of snaps on Instagram: “$$inema.”
The rapper included a photo of his massive OVO owl chain, which features over 100 carats of Asscher cut diamonds.
The necklace, which represents his record label, was designed by Jason Arasheben.
OVO stands for “October’s Very Own” and is named after Drake’s birth month.
The photo of his trademark chain seemed to be a direct response to Kendrick wearing an “a” chain during his Super Bowl performance, which fans took as a reference to his Not Like Us lyric “A minor.”
Commenting on the snaps, one person said Drake was “undefeated,” while another added: “Let them watch and enjoy.”

A third person said: “Still on top!!”
“If you ever in your life gave your time, gave your energy, gave your money, gave your heart, gave your soul, gave everything you ever had to somebody and they f**king played with you and wasted your time, wasted your energy, wasted your money? I want you all to turn up to this song!” he fumed to the adoring crowd.
“This is to all of your exes that thought they could play you in their f**king life.
“If you’re doing better than your ex, I want to see you turn the f**k up!”
Just hours later, Kendrick brought Drake’s exes Serena Williams and SZA on stage for his halftime show.
Kendrick and Drake have been embroiled in a bitter and very public feud since 2023.
Four months after Kendrick was announced as the halftime performer, Drake filed a lawsuit against his record label, Universal Music Group, over his rival’s diss track.

In the January 2025 suit, Drake claimed UMG “knew full well” the lyrics from Kendrick’s song accused him of being a pedophile.
He also claimed the label helped Kendrick snag the coveted spot as the Super Bowl halftime show performer.
The furious rapper said Kendrick scored the gig just to perform the diss track during “one of the most significant and viewed cultural events of the year.”
In a recent development in the ongoing feud between rap titans Drake and Kendrick Lamar, Drake has subtly addressed the latter’s pointed Super Bowl halftime performance.
During the show, Kendrick performed his diss track “Not Like Us,” taking direct aim at Drake with lines such as “Certified Lover Boy? Certified pedophiles,” a reference to Drake’s 2021 album.
Kendrick further intensified the jab by wearing a chain adorned with a lowercase “a,” symbolizing the lyric “it’s probably A minor,” a clever play on words suggesting a minor key and insinuating inappropriate behavior.
In response, Drake took to social media, sharing a series of photos from a recent energetic performance. One standout image showcased his custom gold and diamond-studded OVO owl chain, designed by Jason Arasheben. While Drake did not directly reference Kendrick, the timing and nature of the post were interpreted by fans as a subtle rebuttal, emphasizing his continued success and dismissing the criticisms levied against him.
The rivalry escalates
The rivalry between these two artists has been escalating. Drake recently filed a lawsuit against Universal Music Group, alleging defamation after Kendrick’s accusations of inappropriate behavior. Despite legal maneuvers, Kendrick’s halftime performance proceeded, drawing significant attention and praise for its boldness.
Fans and industry observers are keenly watching this high-profile dispute. Drake‘s understated response, juxtaposed with Kendrick’s overt performance, highlights the contrasting styles of the two artists. As the situation unfolds, the music community anticipates further developments in this compelling narrative.
