The Life of Jesus Like You’ve Never Seen Before

It’s 5 BC, and a significant moment in history is about to unfold in a small town called Bethlehem, located in ancient Israel.

Despite knocking on door after door, they find no room at the inn.

Night falls, and in utter humility, they take refuge in a cave—a stark contrast to the wooden stable often depicted in nativity scenes.

This cave, used by shepherds to shelter their animals from the cold, is where the King of Kings is born.

This fulfills the prophecy, “Out of Egypt, I called my son.”

Months later, upon hearing of Herod’s death, Joseph receives another divine message to return to Israel.

However, he hesitates upon learning that Herod’s son, Archelaus, now rules and is known for his cruelty.

Again, an angel guides Joseph, instructing him to take the family to Galilee, leading them to the small town of Nazareth—an insignificant place that does not even appear in the Old Testament.

Yet, it is strategically located near the Viamaris, the international highway connecting empires, allowing Jesus to grow up in a place hidden in plain sight, observing the world around him.

When Jesus turns twelve, he joins his parents for Passover in Jerusalem.

After the celebration, Mary and Joseph leave, assuming Jesus is with another group.
