Guy Fieri Shares Tribute for Late Sister and Says She Would Be ‘So Proud’ of Son Jules

The Food Network star’s younger sister, Morgan, died of metastatic melanoma in 2011.

Guy Fieri is remembering his late sister, Morgan, on what would be her 53rd birthday.

The celebrity chef posted an Instagram tribute to his younger sibling, who died of metastatic melanoma in 2011, on Saturday, Sept. 27.

“Happy birthday to my sis Morgan,” he began the caption. “Would have been 53 today.”.

The Food Network star, 57, also shared praise for his nephew Jules Fieri, 26, whom he and his wife, Lori, helped raise after Morgan’s death.

“I know she is so proud of @jfieri and all he has accomplished,” he wrote. “If today’s your birthday I celebrate you!!”.

The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host also shared an image of the tattoo on his forearm he got to honor Morgan, which includes the word “namaste” above her head and her name below her feet.

On Morgan’s birthday last year, Guy shared a video that panned to a piece of artwork on his wall.

“This is a memorial that I have here in my house,” he explained of the mosaic, which depicts a woman and features the words “Namaste Morgan.”.

“All of these plates were part of our dish set from our family,” Guy revealed of the ceramic pieces in the artwork.

“Celebrate her every day, particularly on her birthday.

Love you, Morgan,” he concluded the video.

Earlier this year, Guy celebrated his nephew’s latest academic achievement.

In a social media post in May, the Tournament of Champions host commemorated Jules’ graduation from Loyola Marymount University’s Loyola Law School with his Master of Science in Legal Studies (MLS).

Guy and Lori attended the ceremony along with their sons, Hunter, 29, and Ryder, 19.

“I could not be more proud of my nephew, Jules,” Guy wrote.

“He has worked full time as an agent in the music industry while attending law school at night for the last 2 years. Wow!”.
