There is a door in your home you cross every day without thinking. You touch its handle, step through its threshold, and yet it remains unmarked, unsealed, wide open to forces you cannot see. While you sleep, pray, or celebrate Christmas, something may be entering your home through that door—something you never knew to stop.
Christmas approaches, and while the world prepares with lights, gifts, and songs of peace, a spiritual battle unfolds in the unseen realm. Angels and demons wage war, and the enemy grows desperate to defile what should be holy: your home, family, and peace.
I am Pope Leo I 14th, and I bring a message that will either transform your household before Christmas or haunt you after the decorations come down. There are five places in your home—five battlegrounds—that must be anointed with oil before December 25th. This is not mere tradition or superstition, but spiritual warfare that will decide if your home becomes God’s sanctuary or the enemy’s playground.

You might think this sounds extreme or outdated. But ask yourself: why is there so much division in your home during the season of joy? Why do arguments intensify as Christmas nears? Why do anxiety and rebellion rise when families gather? This is not coincidence. This is warfare.
The weapon you need has been in your kitchen cabinet all along—ordinary oil, a symbol of the Holy Spirit and consecration throughout Scripture. When you anoint your home with oil, you declare it holy, set apart for God’s purposes, and you take authority as a priest over your household.
You are not just a homeowner or parent—you are a royal priesthood, called to guard your domain. Like Joshua who declared, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord,” you must draw a line and say no to the enemy’s access.

The first place to anoint is your front door—the gateway where stress, fear, and division sneak in. Dip your finger in oil, mark the doorframe’s top, sides, and bottom, and pray aloud, declaring that no spirit of fear, division, or destruction may enter. Seal your threshold with the blood of Jesus and the authority He gave you.
Next, anoint your bedroom—the intimate space where marriages are forged or broken. Bitterness, unforgiveness, and past wounds can defile this sacred ground. Walk the room’s perimeter, anoint the doorframe and headboard, and pray for restoration and protection. This act can rekindle love and break down walls that have grown between spouses.
Then, consecrate your kitchen—the heart of your home where meals and memories are made. Anoint the stove, refrigerator, table, and doorframe. Pray that this space becomes a place of peace, joy, and unity, free from bitterness and strife.

Your children’s rooms are the fourth battleground. These spaces are vulnerable to spiritual attack through devices and influences that seek to steal innocence and sow confusion. Anoint the door, bed, corners, and any electronics. Pray protection over their minds, hearts, and futures, declaring them covered by Jesus’ blood.
Finally, anoint the hidden places—the basement, attic, closets, and storage rooms where darkness can gather unnoticed. These neglected areas may harbor spiritual strongholds. Walk through each space, anoint every corner and surface, and declare the light of Christ to fill and cleanse your entire home.
Remove any objects linked to occult or darkness—tarot cards, idols, or decor that grieves the Holy Spirit. These are open doors to the enemy and must be discarded and prayed over.
Anointing your home is not a one-time ritual but the start of a lifestyle of spiritual vigilance. Guard who and what enters your home. Pray regularly over each room. Teach your children to pray and anoint their own spaces. Stand firm in your authority as the priest of your household.

If you have never done this before, it is never too late. The blood of Jesus cleanses all sin and breaks every stronghold. Your obedience activates God’s power and protection.
So today, take your oil and anoint your front door, bedroom, kitchen, children’s rooms, and hidden places. Pray with faith and authority. Declare your home a sanctuary where God’s presence dwells richly and the enemy cannot enter.
This is your moment. Stand as a warrior, a priest, a guardian. Let your home be a fortress of peace and a beacon of God’s glory. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
