Ryan Reynolds is joined by his mom amid Justin Baldoni legal drama as wife Blake Lively remains in hiding.

Ryan Reynolds enjoyed some quality time with his mother, Tammy Reynolds, amid his and wife Blake Lively’s bitter legal battle with Justin Baldoni.
As he and the Gossip Girl star, 37, continue to lose the ‘image war’ against Baldoni, 41, according to experts, the Canadian actor, 48, appeared to lean on his mom for support while continuing to navigate months of online hate.
Despite the frigid temperatures, the Deadpool star and his mom, 66, reunited publicly for the first time since his spouse accused her It Ends with Us costar and director of repeated sexual harassment and creating a hostile work on the set of their film, released in August.

Since Lively took legal action in December, Baldoni has filed a counter lawsuit against the couple, who he is suing for civil extortion, defamation and invasion of privacy.
Reynolds kept his head down and one hand resting in the pocket of his pants as he stepped out to meet up with Tammy.
Throughout his career, the father-of-four has brought his mom to various red carpets and appearances, including a taping of The View in June, which said said was her ‘dream to go to.’
Tammy is the grandmother to Reynolds and Lively’s three daughters James, nine, Inez, eight, and Betty, five, and son, Olin, who was born in February 2023.
Ryan’s wife Blake also has a close bond with her mother-in-law and recently quipped that she is only with him to get close to Tammy.

In December, the actress told OK magazine: ‘[Female friendships] are everything to me. From my mom, to my children, my mother-in-law – she’s the best.’
‘She made my husband take her to US daytime talk show The View. And I said, ‘Oh you’re doing The View?’ And he said, ‘No, Mom really wants to go to ‘The View.”‘
‘I said, “You’re gonna sit in the audience of The View?.” And he’s like, “Yeah. Mom really wants to go.”‘
‘She’s very controlling. No she’s the best. I’m so lucky. This is the only reason I’m with him, is to be with her. But female friendships are important.’
Reynolds’ latest sighting comes after he skipped the Critics Choice Awards on Friday.

Since Lively filed her lawsuit, she and Reynolds have virtually vanished from the spotlight.
Reynolds’ absence from the Critics Choice Awards comes shortly after DailyMail.com revealed that Lively will not be attending Super Bowl LIX with pal Taylor Swift.
The It Ends With Us scandal began when Lively publicly accused Baldoni of sexual harassment on set of It Ends With Us.
Baldoni has repeatedly denied Lively’s allegations. After suing the New York Times, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against her, Reynolds and Lively’s publicist Leslie Sloane over claims of extortion and defamation.

Baldoni, who recently amended his complaint and launched a website telling ‘his side,’ says the trio concocted ‘false accusations of sexual harassment’ against him.
A source recently told TMZ that the Baldoni legal battle has taken ‘a deep emotional toll’ on Reynolds and Lively.
The couple have experienced ‘severe anguish’ amid the drama surrounding the production, promotion and release of the motion picture, the insider said, and she is striving ‘to get this all buttoned up.’

Lively, who played Lily Bloom opposite Baldoni’s Ryle Kincaid in the romantic drama, was ‘grateful’ for how a Monday hearing in New York City went, sources told the outlet.
Lively felt that Judge Lewis J. Liman ‘ruled in her favor’ by issuing a warning to Baldoni lawyer Bryan Freedman over statements made to the media that could impact the jury selection process over multiple cases.

In the hearing, the federal judge admonished attorneys on both sides to cease speaking publicly on the case out of fears it could impact potential jury selection, and said he could move up the slated March 9, 2026 trial date if they were unable to do so.
Sources close to Lively said the actress was ‘more than ready for her day in court’ and prepared to show the court and public the validity of sexual harassment and retaliation claims she made against Baldoni.
