PETE Davidson is worried about his finances as he struggles to sell his $1.2 million luxury Staten Island condo.

An insider close to Pete, 31, said that the former Saturday Night Live funnyman and father-to-be isn’t as flush with cash as he used to be.

“He’s blown through a ton of money, and it isn’t coming in like it used to,” the source claimed.

The insider claimed Pete’s several properties have taken a lion’s share of his earnings over the years.

“He has a ton of homes at this point, and he never was able to sell the luxury Staten Island condo he first put on the market back in 2022,” they added.

The condo, which Pete bought for $1.2 million in 2020, was first listed at just $1.3 million, but with no bites, the King of Staten Island star dropped the price below purchase price in 2023.

He eventually took it off the market, only to re-list it at the start of this year.

Pete again dropped the price on the condo two more times this year, trying to unload it at a loss for $1.07 million, and finally took it off the market, yet again, just last month.

The insider added that a large amount of Pete’s money was also sunk into the Staten Island four-bedroom, four-bathroom home he bought for his mother Amy in 2017.

“Pete has spent a lot of money on that place, renovating it over the years and making it perfect, and it’s been a big drain.”

The insider noted that Pete also owns a home in upstate New York, and rents a brownstone in Brooklyn, as he and his pregnant girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, are said to be splitting time between the two properties.

The funnyman has also opined on many occasions about how much his Staten Island Ferry venture has cost him.

He’s quipped on numerous occasions about how much money it costs to pay just for docking the enormous vessel.

Pete has also joked about one significant splurge on his upstate pad that he didn’t remember making.

During an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Pete said he bought a 150-gallon fish tank, which needed to be professionally installed in his living room, while under the influence.

The insider also claimed that Pete typically flies private, and added it’s just not uncommon for comics to splash money around on such massive luxuries like the jet-set crowd.

Despite the claims, another source close to Pete said “Thankfully, the truth is that this is one of the busiest times of his career between films, endorsements and international stand up.”

“There are a lot of folks who want to be in the Pete Davidson business,” they added.

Pete’s likely biggest splurge yet is on its way, with Elsie expecting their first child this winter.

Elsie, who dropped a busty selfie showing off her growing baby bump on Thursday, announced her pregnancy on Instagram last month.

After her announcement, Pete made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where he shared his excitement about becoming a father.

Jimmy asked the former SNL star about the announcement made the previous week, to which the star responded: “Anyone who knows me knows it’s always been my dream to be a dad, so I’m over the moon.

“I’m excited to watch her become a mom. It’s the best thing ever. Nothing else really matters anymore.”
