Fox News host Sean Hannity is understood to have made his second multimillion-dollar Palm Beach, FL, property purchase in as many months—reportedly snapping up a $14.9 million townhome just 6 miles from the $23.5 million mansion he bought at the end of 2024.

Hannity, 63, who recently revealed his engagement to fellow Fox News star Ainsley Earhardt, is said to have purchased his new home in an off-market deal that closed Jan. 27, according to The Palm Beach Post.
Property records seen by Realtor.com® reveal that the home was previously owned by Republican donor and former U.S. Ambassador Clifford M. Sobel and his wife, Barbara.
Sobel served as the U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands from 2001 to 2005 under then-President George W. Bush, before being appointed as the U.S. Ambassador to Brazil in 2006, a role that he held until August 2009—serving under Bush and his successor, Barack Obama.
If Hannity’s reported purchase price is correct, the duo will have made quite the killing on the sale—having bought the two-bedroom property for the comparatively-low price of $7.5 million in 2022.
Realtor.com has reached out to Hannity’s spokesperson for comment.
Though the townhome certainly pales in comparison to the enormous 12,378-square-foot Manalapan mansion that Hannity purchased at the end of 2024, it does boast an impressive number of amenities, per its original listing description.

As well as boasting more than 5,700 square feet of living space, the property has also been outfitted with “the finest custom finishes and interior appointments throughout,” and also comes complete with a private pool and beach access.
Its location inside an exclusive gated community also affords its residents access to “the amenities of a 5-star resort,” the description goes on.
Hannity’s latest Palm Beach investment is the latest indication that the Fox News host is committed to making Florida his fulltime home—having announced in January 2024 that he would be leaving his former home state of New York “for good” in order to pursue his “freedom” in the Sunshine State.
“I’ve been threatening now to do this for quite a while, but we are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home and that is in the free state of Florida,” Hannity said during a January episode of his iHeartRadio show. “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.”
The outspoken conservative explained that the motivation for his move down south came from his dislike of the political policies implemented by representatives in New York, explaining that he felt much more aligned with those adopted by leaders in Florida.
“Finally, for the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I’m living in that share my values,” he went on.
“Like so many Americans, I left New York for good and am now in the state with, let’s see: warmer weather, law and order, better education, more freedom, better quality of life – and guess what? No state income tax.”

Hannity cut ties with the state of New York once and for all in June, when he sold his picture-prefect Oyster Bay estate for $12.7 million, 16 years after he purchased the waterfront property for $8.5 million.
The TV host listed the residence in early May for $13.75 million. The palatial property, which was sold fully furnished, quickly sparked a bidding war and was under contract within seven days.
At the time, Hannity already owned a property in Palm Beach—a 3,800-square-foot townhome that he purchased for $5.3 million in 2021.
He had previously been using that home as a vacation spot before relocating to Florida for good.
However, it is understood that the Manalapan property will serve as his primary residence, providing plenty of space for Hannity and his new fiancée Earhardt, and their respective children.
Hannity has two children with ex-wife Jill Rhodes—son Sean Jr. and daughter Merri—while Earhardt has a daughter, Hayden, with her ex-spouse, Will Proctor.
Earhardt will not be relocating to Florida full-time, however, with the couple revealing to Fox News that she will continue to reside in New York, where she films her hit morning show, “Fox & Friends.”
