Jay-Z says he and his family received death threats online because of “malicious and fictitious” claims that he raped a 13-year-old, according to a report.

The “99 Problems” rapper said in a legal declaration that ever since he was accused alongside disgraced music exec Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping the teen at a drug-fueled VMAs afterparty in September 2000, he and his family have been “threatened with violence” online, including people saying they want to “‘kill’ or ‘execute’ us.”

Many people have called for Jay-Z, 55, whose given name is Shawn Carter, to be thrown in jail — for example, saying he should join Diddy “in prison. Then later in hell.”

Others have called Carter a “satanist,” “trafficker,” “terrorist” and “monster,” and used the n-word against him, according to a report by the Daily Mail, citing the declaration.

The rape suit was quietly dropped Friday by the woman’s lawyer Tony Buzbee — whom Carter sued in December for extortion, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The declaration is part of the ongoing litigation in Carter’s case.

The “Empire State of Mind” rhymer says that Buzbee, a Texas-based attorney, strategically brought the case the day before the movie premiere of “Mufasa: The Lion King,” which his daughter, Blue Ivy, 13, and wife, Beyonce, 43, both starred in. This was done to force him to choose whether to attend the premiere with them — which he ultimately did — or lie low amid the allegations.

And he claims he personally lost $20 million in business deals and endorsements from companies trying to distance themselves from the scandalous allegations.

“I felt that Mr. Buzbee was placing a gun to my head — that I either bow to his demands or endure personal financial ruin,” Carter’s declaration reads, according to a report by Yahoo.com.

He claims he’s been in “mental anguish” since the allegations came out and that he’s been forced to stay in hiding away from public scrutiny.

Carter attempted to force his accuser to reveal her identity, but a judge shot the request down in late December.

Buzbee has brought a slew of cases on behalf of people who claim that Diddy sexually assaulted them. In total, Combs faces over 40 lawsuits, many of which were brought by Buzbee.

The Bad Boy Records founder has denied the allegations.

Diddy is behind bars awaiting trial on sex-trafficking allegations. He’s pleaded not guilty.

Buzbee didn’t immediately return a request for comment Monday.
