No surprises here as former Arsenal centre-back Rob Holding is the highest-earning defender and among the top earners at the club overall, having arrived on loan from Crystal Palace. He takes the top spot ahead of Anel Ahmedhodzic, Jack Robinson, and Rhys Norrington-Davies.
Harrison Burrows, who is among the lower-earning defenders, has proved this season that he deserves to earn a lot more, given his offensive exploits from the left-back role.

Ben Brereton Diaz, the Chile international, is the highest-earning attacker at Sheffield United. The 25-year-old joined on a short-term loan, following a similar move at the end of the previous season, when the Blades were facing difficulties in the Premier League. Rhian Brewster is also the joint-top earner along with Brereton Diaz, with the duo earning £1.82m each.
Welsh striker Kieffer Moore and Ireland international Tom Cannon are the joint-third highest-earning forwards at Bramall Lane.
