Dressed up for the gala, the Horizon: An American Saga filmmaker sported a black suit while Sarandon matched in a long-sleeved black gown accessorized with a statement necklace and large black belt.

In the photo shared on Instagram, the two flashed grins on their faces as they sat next to each other.

Placing her hand on his leg, the Thelma & Louise star looked relaxed as Costner placed his arm behind her.

Costner’s Instagram update also included a throwback photo of the two longtime stars in a promotional image from Bull Durham.

Sitting on a car, Sarandon placed her arm around Costner’s shoulders as he leaned back and held onto a baseball bat.

Written and directed by Ron Shelton, Bull Durham tells the story of veteran baseball catcher, Crash Davis (Costner), who is hired to coach Ebby Calvin “Nuke” LaLoosh (Tim Robbins) — a beginner in the sport.

However, things take a turn when they both become linked to Annie Savoy (Sarandon), who is a groupie and a lover of baseball.
