Isabela Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni of ‘Harass!ng’ Her with Subpoena Request Amidst Legal Battle with Blake Lively
In the ongoing legal saga between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, a new development has emerged involving actress Isabela Ferrer, who portrayed the younger version of Lively’s character in It Ends With Us.
Ferrer has accused Baldoni of “harassing” her through a subpoena request related to the dispute.
This accusation adds another layer of complexity to the already intricate legal battle.

The conflict between Lively and Baldoni began when Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against Baldoni in December 2024.
The complaint alleged misconduct and a retaliatory smear campaign orchestrated by Baldoni and his associates.

In response, Baldoni countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion, a lawsuit that was dismissed in June 2025.
Ferrer became involved when Lively subpoenaed her for communications relevant to the case.
Subsequently, Baldoni’s legal team issued a subpoena to Ferrer, seeking similar information.

Ferrer’s legal representatives argue that Baldoni’s actions are an attempt to harass and intimidate her.
Ferrer’s legal team filed a rebuttal to Baldoni’s motion, claiming that his subpoena was a “transparent effort to exert pressure” on her.
They allege that Baldoni’s actions are intended to “harass” Ferrer and that his studio, Wayfarer Studios, has breached its contract by failing to cover her legal costs unless she relinquishes control over her legal response.
The legal representatives further argue that Baldoni’s subpoena closely mirrors Lively’s original request, lacking relevance to new evidence and constituting an attempt to intimidate Ferrer.

They also contend that Baldoni’s actions, including the public dissemination of her private address, are part of a broader strategy to exert pressure.
This development highlights the complexities and challenges faced by individuals caught in the crossfire of high-profile legal disputes.
It underscores the potential for legal proceedings to extend beyond the primary parties involved, affecting those with peripheral connections to the case.
The allegations also raise questions about the ethical responsibilities of legal teams in handling sensitive information and the potential for misuse of legal processes to intimidate or coerce individuals.
As the legal battle between Lively and Baldoni continues, the involvement of Isabela Ferrer introduces new dynamics to the case.

Her allegations of harassment add a personal dimension to the legal proceedings, emphasizing the far-reaching impact of such disputes on individuals within the entertainment industry.
The outcome of this aspect of the case may have broader implications for how legal processes are conducted and perceived in high-profile celebrity disputes.
