The plea deal resolved a multi-count case, including a weapon possession charge that was dismissed under the agreement, though Cutler will have to surrender his firearms.
In addition to serving four days in jail next month, Cutler was ordered to pay a \$350 fine, attend a DUI safety course, and will remain on unsupervised probation for a year, while his driver’s license has been revoked.
