‘What’s Happening!!’ star Danielle Spencer dies at 60
Child star Dr. Danielle Spencer has
died. The actress best known for playing

D. Thomas on the ABC sitcom What’s
Happening has died. She was 60 years
old. She died on August 11th according
to an Instagram post from her former
What’s Happening co-star Haywood Nelson.

social media. Brilliance, it comes in a

Spencer, June 24th, 1965 to August 11th,

seasons from 1976 to 1979. She was
diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014 and
underwent a double mctomy. According to
the Hollywood Reporter, she survived by
her mother and brother.
