alleging she pulled the plug on her
daughter Lisa Marie’s life support to
gain control of Elvis’s estate.

short answer is we were aware of an
internal struggle that was going on with
Lisa and Priscilla at the time. There is
a lot of documentation to support our
claims.
The suit also claims that 80-year-old
Priscilla ultimately wanted to control
Graceland, allegedly saying, “I’m the
queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.”
Right before Lisa’s passing, my client
was with Priscilla and uh observed those
statements and was very concerned with
the nature of those statements.
Graceand is now owned by Priscilla’s
granddaughter, Riley Kio. Something Lisa
Marie told us was inevitable.
