Jason Momoa Shaves Off His Beard for the FIRST TIME in 6 YEARS!
Jason Mimoa shaves his beard for the
first time in 6 years. The actor posts
an Instagram video showing him shedding
follicles via an electric razor. A rare
sight for the usually bearded
heartthrob. And for Jason, he’s already
so over the makeover.
Oh man.
Damn it. I hate it.
It’s the first time he’s ditched the
beard in 6 years. He last went
bare-faced in 2019 ahead of his role in
the first Dune film. And while he wasn’t
in the second flick in the franchise, he
will be returning for Dune 3 as Duncan
Idaho. In the Instagram video, Jason
reminisces about the first movie as well
as the product he launched around the
same time he filmed it, his reusable
aluminum water brand, Manalu.
It’s been about 6 years, maybe a little
bit more, since I did Dune. What was
really special about that is that is
when I started and uh started launching
Monalu. At that time there wasn’t I
think we were one of the first ones to
ever release the aluminum bottle and now
6 years later you know airports are
banning single use plastic. All these
positive things are happening and so
Monalu we took a big shift and the goal
now is we partner with Boomerang and so
we have a closed loop system. The goal
is just to eliminate waste, cut down on
all the emissions. So imagine like when
you’re in Hawaii, you go to all those
hotels and I really my goal is to stop
bringing over single use plastic. Stop
it. We don’t need it. This is the
kickoff.
He even shouts out Dune’s director as he
bids the beard goodbye.
