Bobby Sherman, Teen Music and Television Star, Dead at 81
bobby Sherman has died he was 81 i’m

he was born Robert Kat Bobby Sherman Jr
july 22nd 1943 and he passed today
reports are saying Sherman died after a
courageous battle with stage 4 cancer he
was born in Santa Monica and raised in
Van Eyes California he first won the
hearts of a lot of ladies as a budding
musician and an athlete he played

trumpet at 11 and mastered multiple
instruments during his teenage years
bobby Sherman was discovered in 1964 by
Sal Mo at a Hollywood party and Sherman
quickly landed a spot on ABC’s Shindig
igniting a career as a teen idol but it
was his starring role as Jeremy Bolt on
Here Comes the Bride from 1968 to 1970

that elevated him to household name
status alongside acting he achieved pop
music fame with nine top 40 hits most
notably Little Woman Julia Do You Love
Me and Easy Come Easy Go earning several
gold and platinum singles from 69 to
1971 as his entertainment career waned
Sherman found a calling in the 1980s and
90s as an emergency medical technician

and a lieutenant reserve police officer
with the LAPD he taught CPR and first
aid earning him a reserve officer of the
year honored in 1999 he also served as a
reserve deputy sheriff and co-founded a
children’s charity in Ghana with his
wife Bridget whom he was married to
since 2010 sherman is survived by his

wife and two sons Christopher and Tyler
it was noted in his final days he was
surrounded by loved ones in his incino
home and will always be remembered for
that charming smile those good looks a
brave spirit and an unwavering devotion
to service may he rest in peace your
