Candace Owens and Joe Rogan TURN AGAINST Trump.

Though both Rogan and Owens are known for their conservative leanings and have often defended right-wing policies, the two media heavyweights are now publicly questioning Trump’s commitment to the U.S.Constitution.
The controversy stems from Trump’s support for policies that target individuals with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) — a designation given to immigrants who cannot safely return to their home countries due to war, natural disasters, or other extraordinary conditions.
Trump has previously advocated for the removal of TPS protections, suggesting immediate deportation without adequate legal proceedings.
“That’s not how due process works,” Rogan reportedly said on a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.
“You can’t just bypass the courts because it’s politically convenient.”
What has drawn even sharper criticism is Trump’s growing support for punitive actions based solely on speech — including proposals to deport or imprison individuals based on what they say, even if their speech is protected under the First Amendment.

Candace Owens, who has often championed free speech as a fundamental conservative value, didn’t hold back.
“This is the kind of authoritarianism we criticize on the Left,” she stated in a recent interview.
“If we say we believe in the Constitution, that has to apply even when it’s uncomfortable.”
Both Rogan and Owens highlighted the inconsistency in Trump’s messaging: he brands himself as a defender of American freedom and liberty, yet backs measures that critics say betray those very ideals.

“You can’t wear the Constitution as a badge of honor and then ignore it when it gets in your way,” Rogan added, emphasizing the importance of legal consistency in a democratic society.
Owens agreed, noting the irony in punishing speech while claiming to champion free discourse.
“The First Amendment doesn’t come with conditions. If it’s speech you like today, it could be speech you hate tomorrow.”
This public criticism from within Trump’s own ideological sphere may be a sign of a broader shift — a reckoning within conservative circles about how far they’re willing to follow populist figures when constitutional principles are at stake.
