Fox News Host Sean Hannity Buys Another Property Near Mar-a-Lago After Snapping Up $23.5 Million Mansion.

Fox News host Sean Hannity purchased a $23.5 million mansion in Manalapan, FL, in November.

His property is a 30-minute drive from Palm Beach proper and boasts an impressive eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, as well as 1.86 acres of waterfront land.

While the home was originally built in 1990, it underwent several renovations before trading hands in 2021, according to its listing.

Hannity scored a fairly sizable discount on the enormous estate, which was first listed for sale in February 2024 for $29 million, before that price was lowered to $25.95 million in October.

The Fox News host—who owns two adjacent townhouses in Palm Beach—put the enormous dwelling on the rental market in June, with a sky-high price of $130,000 a month.

The dwelling, which sits on a stretch known as “Billionaire’s Row” thanks to the extraordinary fortunes of its residents, was described in its listing as a “spectacular ocean-to-intracoastal estate.”

The home boasted a very neutral aesthetic when Hannity snapped it up.

There are multiple living spaces within the waterfront dwelling.

The property comes complete with an enormous private dock.
