Cody Durden’s future remains uncertain after another loss at UFC Vegas 110.

Once a ranked flyweight contender, Cody Durden is now on the worst losing skid of his career.

The 14-fight UFC veteran lost his third fight in a row on Saturday when he took on Allan Nascimento in a catchweight bout (130 lbs).

Durden didn’t get a full camp for UFC Vegas 110, stepping up on a week’s notice as a last-minute replacement against Nascimento.

Coming off back-to-back losses to #1 contender Joshua Van and Jose Ochoa, Durden revealed prior to his fight that he had signed a new four-fight contract.

Durden fought decently for the first seven minutes of his bout against Nascimento.

In the second round, things started to swing in Nascimento’s favor after stunning Durden with a couple of strikes on the feet.

Durden rushed in for a takedown and on his attempt, Nascimento locked up his arms for an Anaconda choke submission.

Durden tried his best to survive on the ground, but within 20 seconds, the red-faced American was forced to tap out for the fifth submission loss of his career.

Durden is now 1-5 in his last six fights. The 34-year-old didn’t have a losing record in the UFC until tonight.

Allan Nascimento calls out former title challenger Steve Erceg

That’s four-straight wins for Allan Nascimento.

The fighter out of Chute Boxe has yet to enter the flyweight rankings, hoping to get there with a win over a notable name.

In his post-fight interview, Nascimento asked for a fight with one-time title challenger and #11-ranked contender Steve Erceg.

Erceg recently rebounded from a three-fight losing skid with a decision effort over Ode Osbourne in August.
